Logged on and got 2 chests and Got the pretty rare golden pistol and shortly after my game crashed and and reopened it to having the chests again and didn’t get the golden pistol and I no longer had it..

Every time I get the second room my game just crashes and I have to restart. It’s a good game for what little I get to play but I would prefer to be able to progress a little farther

This is absolutely the most unstable game I have ever played on any device going back to NES. It will crash 7-9 times every time you open it.

Bought the $4.99 starter pack almost as soon as i installed the game, but i only received the diamonds. No chests or anything. I’ve tried to contact someone about it but I’ve received nothing so far. Ill change my rating when my issue is resolved. If it ever get resolved. ?

... and then the game finally takes off. I’ve practically maxed everything and kill it in the challenges. Use the “Collect Survivors without Starting Over” and you’ll just keep rising.

Good but crashing

I have been playing the game for a long time and enjoyed it. But your Santa Slay challenge is crashing when you make it to the last level and the last tank is about to be beaten. I have tried since last night and it crashes over and over. This is bad for a timed challenge, when you basically can’t beat it.

Triple rewards?

The game isn't letting me watch ads to get the rewards anymore. I'm also lucky if it can find ads for the YOLO body or lucky spin.

The ads keep freezing my game. For some, I can just exit and come back; but for most, I have to close out the game entirely. This is costing rewards. I'll change my rating of the issue is fixed, because it actually is a fun and addictive little game. It's just those blased ads!

Downloaded the game, liked it, so I bought a pack. Shortly after the game would crash on launch. Reinstalled the game, no issues until I loaded my cloud synced save. Instantly crashes every time when I use that save. Reinstalled again, now there’s no option to sync with my previous profile. Lost the pack. Emailed customer service yesterday, no response. Giving it another day then contacting iTunes. Update. Sent another email and waited another two days. No response. Requested and received refund through Apple.
