Update failure!

This was a fun and very enjoyable game. It was a favorite but the recent update won’t allow the game to load. You just get a “Connecting to server” message which remains until it times out. Very Disappointed that an update to improve the game has cause a major glitch in it :(. Here’s hoping they fix the problem. I use the American server and do not want to lose my daily login rewards cause of this.
Gets worse with every update

They keep increasing costs of everything, and upgrades werent easy to get before. So newer players are now at a huuuuge disadvantage since its nearly impossible to ever catch up. The last update not only increased advent enhance costs but broke some pretty basic stuff. Decent game mechanics but it’s run by the worst/most incompetent people.
Worst customer service ever

Horrible customer service. 2 weeks of back and forth and they accomplished nothing. Finally got tired of wasting my time.

Played this game for a long time only to have it say I’ve been logged out even though i didn’t initiate it and I cleared my cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game only to have it say the same thing and no I’m not on an older phone. Pretty sad as I enjoyed this game a lot. (Update) Thanks to help from community I was able to resolve this problem but if characters are on ban for anything they should just be blocked from being selectable that would fix the problem right away.
Slow and poor customer service

I put in to this game and get nothing in return never get any service and make us wait for days on disconnects and errors. Worst rates 6 star summon is a lie and game built for only money team to win so good luck to you ftp. The events are poorly done as well

My game was crashing, so I put a review in explaining what happened. A day goes by and the developers contact me and try to help me fix the game. In the end, we came to the conclusion that my phone, the iPhone 6, barely meet minimum requirement and would barely run. In the end of it all, thank you developers for reaching out and trying to help me.

It doesnt matter how much effort you put in this game, even if your power and level are way beyond if you dont any of the cash heroes you will lose vs with low level p2win player.

Genre bender
I don’t like the battle system. The enemies drop orbs that you can use towards rolling for random new characters. The art style gets in the way of collecting these orbs since they are so small and the flashy actions block the icons. Heaven forbid that you actually pay attention to the art, but instead are hunting for the very tiny orbs to click on before you move on to the next battle. To combat this, the game implements a “fairy” that will automatically pick them up for you. How do you get one? You rent them with real money. A pretty game, but you cannot enjoy anything because of those darn orbs.
