I think I comic bubbles is just texting if you are not allowed to text then this is the perfect app for you It is exactly like texting you just have to you get a picture that you like and then send it to someone so I think your parents will be okay with it because the safety code is very safe

I very much enjoy putting the photo bubbles into my pictures, as well as my friends enjoy receiving them… There are limitations such as where you can place the photo bubble's pointer which points to the person's mouth… But that's an insignificant annoyance for a free app

Full-screen ads that come up and don't let you close them for at least five seconds? I had the program running for 10-15 seconds before being hit with one of these. Deleted right after that.

I really enjoy seeing the surprised look on family and friends faces when I add my wit to their pictures. Some get mildly P.O.ed at being teased but I usually get a good laugh out of them.
