Taking forever to log in and still not able to log in.

I had this app earlier and I loved it. But due to storage issue had to remove. Now I'm trying to download from App Store. From past 3 days I'm getting message is trying to log in and it is not not logging me in. All I get I"still trying to log you in"
What happened?

This app used to be fantastic...now it interminably "loads photos" without ever opening.
This needs to come back with an iOS 11 update!

When I first got this app, it's one of the best Dropico App ever. That includes all other apps from Dropico Developers. But since now its no longer available, it needs to come back with an IOS 11 update, that also includes all Dropico Apps. Developers, if you’re reading this, please and i beg all of you to bring back this app and all other ones with an iOS 11 update. Thank you for your time reading this. And i believe everyone was thinking and feeling the same way.
