Can not Access all my photos

I am unable to access all the photos in my pic gallery. This renders the FilmoraGo app as useless.
Unable to add iTunes music

I enjoy using this app but I’m unable to use the music portion. The wheel keeps spinning but the song never loads. What gives?

Bad bad bad. I can’t even see my files to select them cause the time of the file is the only thing you can see! I use the desktop version which is ok but I’m really disappointed with this version. Back to the drawing board guys!!

this app has not been working at all from me lately and they haven't done any updates in a very long time. If they care this much about this little program makes you think how their PC version is going to be up-to-date pretty disappointing

Don’t waste your time! I spend hours making something and it just does open anymore to edit. That’s twice it happened. The first time my file just disappeared so I had to start over. I’m done with this app

I love the app but now it’s glitching, it doesn’t let me select a video or photo at all I click on it and nothing shows up. I don’t know what’s wrong with it but I used to love this app. Hopefully they fix it

It’s works AMAZINGLY,when it actually decides it wants to work. Sometimes,I’ll put a few pictures in,and then it’ll load,and its just a black screen. And sometimes you have to delete and download it,again, just to get it to work. If it just worked normally without logging out,or giving me a black screen,this app would be given a 10/10. Thank you for reading.

I add the video I want and it just turns grey and I basically can’t edit at all it doesn’t let me, please fix this . It’s a really good app though don’t get me wrong I love the transitions and all that but it’s just not working and by the way I have an iPhone where this is happening and i use to edit on Android but fix this thank you!
