Good product, los stability and family share doesn’t work

The program is good for both del editing, time to time the app close, I never lost any progress but is annoying. Last but not least a family a family member bought the app to remove the water mark and the App Store said it is family share compatible and it simply doesn’t work and support doesn’t exist, I followed the instructions writing them through Facebook and sending them emails they never responded l, frustrating

So I made a 3:25 Edit and it said error try again later, the data may be decoded but when I did a 12 second edit and saved it,it worked,Please fix this, also when you update it why does it delete everything you create, I’ve made numeral projects and then they get deleted. Please Respond Bakc

The recording portion of the app is great, but I can’t save the videos to my camera roll? What’s the point if I can’t share the videos I make?

I bought this app to edit my videos for you tube. Yes I'm new to YouTube so I decided to start simple. Long story short I used this app got used to it, i loved it so much and then suddenly it closed me out to my home screen (iPhone 6s+) I'm like oh maybe it crashed. So I went on to start the app open my project that I worked hours for! And it would not open! So I contacted the app team and they said "there is nothing you can do to get your project back" they also mentions it was for lack of ram or whatever but now it's time for me to move on. I started using enlight video leap and there is so much more options and it's so seem less when you add and remove videos and effects. One major thing I like about this app is the ability to take back what you just trimmed or edited. Something you could not do in film maker.

3 stars due to the watermark and not as many options as i would prefer. More design options. More font, color, text and all other editing options. Even the paid version does not seem to have a lot. Still contemplating on buying the whole thing permanently because of this. Will stay on free version until I find something better to use.

I love your app so much! I don’t even have the in app purchases but I still love it, there’s just been a slight glitch recently. When ever I deattach an audio and have it fade out into another audio, the second makes a skip sound at the very beginning and it’s been annoying me so much. Any way to fix this?
