These people bait me to try a free trial then charged me 146 dollars right away. That’s a very wrong way to do business. When send an email they literally told me “google how to get help from Apple”

The app itself is great, which is why I decided to try the “free trial.” They charged me RIGHT AWAY $146.94 with the immediate FREE TRIAL. When I tried getting help they literally said “google how to get help from iTunes thx” Very unprofessional and not helpful at all!

Why is it taking so long to open my clip library when I only have about 5 clips on my album.

This app is great but it’s having a glitch. When I click done and when I trim, it does the clip I made. I don’t want that. I want it to be done. P.s. I put in 5 stars to be the first one because it’s really important!!

Can’t even access existing videos!

OK I have nearly 50,000 photos and 1,000 videos but minutes waiting to access my camera roll with no progress indicator and no idea how much longer to wait - deleted!
