The objective of “FillupMe” puzzle is to fill up the blank circles with the outside pieces by the minimum elapsed time and minimum rotation operations.

The 6x6 grid board can be filled up with 9 pieces (5 types) by horizontal flip, vertical flip, rotate and move all outside pieces to the grid board. Since only rotation counts, you should use flips as possible as you can.
There are 6 levels, each level provides 32 puzzles. Level 1 has 3 pieces outside, level 2 has 4 pieces outside, etc, finally, level 6 has only 1 piece inside the board.
