I love this app it is so much more convenient and so quick flows almost perfectly definitely gonna be using more!
Support is terrible/coupons don’t work

I’ve been told multiple times they don’t accept coupons even tho they’re signed up for the app, and it’s store specific. They just argue, and support won’t respond to fix anything. The store declined my order they said “accidentally” but that made my coupons useless, after calling them I was told we don’t accept coupons.

My Fam and I LOVEEE Filibertos!!! The one on 32st and Baseline is the best one yet! Food is delicious and employees are super friendly! Since there is no drive-thru they cook their food with no rush making it more delicious! If packed they are still quick to give you your order and the food is still amazing !!! This app is an extra plus!
Can’t use coupon

Why have an app and offer a free item coupon when you sign up and can’t use it that’s so stupid don’t bother downloading

I love the way this app lets me earn reward points. As well it keeps track of them in real time. It save my credit card for faster check out.

App doesn’t let me order the daily special. Since that’s primarily what I order the app becomes basically useless.

The app is a little clunky and places. You can’t edit the items in the cart, you have to delete them and re-add them. Also you can’t click a button to remove items you have to make a note to remove items that come as a default like, no cheese, otherwise great first attempt at your app!!
