Too much pop ups

I would love to give it a 5 star rating, but this app has WAY TOO MUCH pop ups! Every few seconds, there's a pop up, gets really annoying. If u get rid of these pop ups completely, I will definitely give this 5 stars
Not downloading

The download box is not coming up. The videos from CNN are playing and looking great but I'm unable to download them on my iPhone 5c. And I have the latest iOS.
