My game keeps crashing

Every time I try to play a match the game crashes you need to fix this!!

Tl;dr - app crashes so much the app is rendered useless and EA will take money and refuse to issue refunds when they do not provide what was paid for, effectively stealing from you. Also lots of small frustrating facets throughout the game in need of tweaking. First and foremost, an update is desperately needed for iOS 10. Ever since I updated, there is an insane amount of crashes; I can't even get through an online game without the app crashing, rendering the app unusable. EA get on the ball here - either update this app or release/soft launch FIFA Mobile for iOS. The other issue is customer support and their unwillingness to resolve financial issues. There is no phone number to call and the online chat is with people that clearly do not speak English and are just using a translation software to communicate. I bought $10 worth of FIFA points but they never showed up in my app. After going back and forth with EA support for a week and being blatantly jerked around (I upload a document in .png, they say it needs to be .jpeg, I upload again in .jpeg, they say it needs to be in .pdf, etc.) I went to Apple support who immediately apologized for the inconvenience, said that this was an ongoing problem with EA, and issued me a full refund. The whole experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will never make an in-app purchase from EA again. There is also a lot of other small issues in the game that need to be tweaked and are extremely frustrating to deal with. Online if opponent quits you often only get 1 coin regardless of score; transfer market limits the free market concept with price ranges, as a result item prices often don't reflect actual values and shortages are common; tournaments often require players that are not available on the market and do not appear in packs; etc etc etc. If you can get the app to work it is fun to play but it's almost not worth the headache of dealing with EA's incompetence in support when inevitable issues arise.

EA, fix your dang app, release the new one, or let us download FIFA 14 again! This app has become impossible to play. I've been a long time FIFA fan and this is so frustrating!
