Loved the series but....

I really liked the Fieldrunners series but Attack is terribly neglected and buggy. Support page has not been responded to since February 2017, Twitter does not allow DM, Facebook does not allow comments and there are no responses to messages. Newest update (after months) broke the alliance crates, we worked very hard to hit Tier 10 and crates were not awarded. This seems to be a money grab by subatomic to entice people to make in-app purchases for a buggy and broken game with no support. Not happy at all.

Somehow different from clash of clans which I respect except it’s really annoying how you can’t use more than 1 hero... it’s sooo FRUSTRATING and you can’t watch replays so you don’t know what to improve
Fun game. Bugs are not addressed in a timely manner

The forum to submit bugs doesn't work. Give something in app to report bugs. Currently, an alliance reports a full 50 folks even if you boot people. I have to try all kinds of tricks to show an opening. Also, your graphics for ice are off. This is becoming less fun because you don't put effort into the game, Subatomic. I refuse to buy anything from you again in this game until you start caring about it.

This game started out well, but they haven't updated it for months. The only exception is a minor update two weeks ago that seems to have only broken things. The creators haven't responded to any messages. Save your money and skip this app. New note to developers: can you send me a way to contact you somewhere other than this public forum (preferably an email address)? I'm user 1173658. When I email you, I'll prove I'm me by telling you my base name, which I imagine you can confirm.
