Fieldforce is built around the idea of a check-in, where you have real-time communication between field team and management. Check-in at customers or accounts, respond to work orders or complete new customer surveys. Share your status, raise questions to your colleagues and get real-time location updates for each team member.
Managers can view field team updates in real time using the web portal. Team managers can create work orders or surveys for Fieldforce app users to complete. Check-ins can include account updates, location information, work orders, photos and new information.
Stay organized, share contacts, to-do items, and more all within a private network using the Fieldforce app. Now you can easily keep in close contact with your colleagues – a new way for your team to work as one.
Creating customer leads can be captured easily and simply with this app. With the GPS feature, you can scan for nearby customers or accounts, and then check-in to create a new account lead.

App is broken; bad registration process

I downloaded the app with hopeful intentions, but registration was really poor and even after I confirmed via email, the app won't let me proceed. Many problems: I specifically chose to disallow location at register, yet it defaulted to location 'on'; the synch time defaults at 15 min which means that your updates aren't avail (I guess?); etc - I'll go back and try it again in a week (maybe). Too bad -looked promising

The dark, clean interface is the first thing that "jumps" out when you initiate this app... Sign up is effortless, first month is free with reasonable $9.99/yr cost for extended use. Really, really like how they have implemented GPS prospect tagging and storage into this experience. While it is very helpful for tracking new potential accounts in the field, it would be nice to have some kind of localized company generation based on your current location. Sort of like Localscope, except specialized/focused for business. Something that could be customized by a simple list of parameters that help to classify the type of company, radius, number of employees...Honestly, some parameters might be too excessive, but really just companies and radius/how many companies returned in your "results generated" would be great for finding new prospects when I'm out on an appointment or curious about what's in my surrounding area. Other than that, I really dig this app and appreciate that the dev's seemed to pay as much attention to the apps design as they did to the usefulness and functionality. I look forward to using this app and am excited about the updates these guys plan on releasing- it's obvious they know how to produce an awesomely functional app for business clients. Not sure if they plan on releasing an iPad counterpart, but I would love to use this on all of my iOS devices in the future. Keep up the great work!

Garbage. App crashes all the time on my healthy, un-jailbroken i4. Contacts don't have a place for an address. Would be nice if there were a place for sales calls logging, but there is only a place for general notes. You change settings and they somehow revert to default on their own. PLUS, the price of the app only gets you 30 days to use this unstable app, then you must purchase a subscription! Do NOT buy this app in it's current state!
