Very little to offer unless you want to use app to create your own loot tables or copy the dm book tables by hand. More a dungeon designer aid tool than an app for random loot. Has a mundane loot table (stuff like rope and lindseed oil) or a gem loot table. That is it. Can download "player designed" tables but there is not much there either.

This a great app, nothing to not like, I guess the lack of available tables, but easy fix, make your own, get creative. Main reason I'm writing this review is because I'm hoping the devs will read this: Can you add like a folder tab or organizer? Like a option where I can move my D&D loot tables into a folder, and then have another folder for my (loot table list name) and more, that way I don't have to search through like 20+ tables to find the one I want
Great tool for random loot

I run a 3.5 dnd home brew. There are user created equipment lists that have a + before the title that have helped a lot.The list of random mundane loot is helpful, the best part is you can add to the lists supplied with your own, or with user created list to create a massive pool of items to draw from. The items have descriptions and stats.
