Worst coupon app ever

This has to be the worst coupon app there is. Tried checking out today at my local store. Of course it's after work and rush hour. I didn't finish putting my items on the belt and the clerk began scanning them. He finished scanning the items and gave me my total. I handed him my phone to scan the barcode... he let out the loudest groan possible. I was SUPPOSED to give him my phone to scan the barcode BEFORE the items were rung up. So, needless to say.... he had to VOID out my entire order and RE-SCAN everything in. AFTER taking everything out of the bags. Not one sign was posted instructing the consumer to hand the cashier the checkout bar code to scan BEFORE the items were being rung up. This is such a hassle and not even worth the savings.

The explanation of how to use this app is very confusing and poorly worded. When I finally figured out, I realized that you can use it only at a very limited number of stores. In fact, though I live in a large city, I can use it at just one store within a 100-mile radius. And that store is almost 50 miles from me! Plus you can't use coupons on items you buy in conjunction with this app, which makes it a true pita and greatly decreases any potential value. Not worth the trouble!

My wife and I met a rep in the local Saubel's grocery store today who was very helpful and taught us the app. It was a first shipping experience using something like this, but it went smoothly and easily. Great for tracking what you're spending while shopping and made check-out easier, even though the checker was learning it as well. Additional savings was also great! Highly recommend! Many thanks for Chris from Fetch for meeting us in Saubels!
