WOW, what an awesome app! It has really allowed my boys (2&5) to unleash their imagination and creativity. They absolutely love it! They are creating stories which enable us to talk about the characters and settings they have created. I'm not sure that I've ever seen my boys this enthusiastic about an app. Just as soon as one completes his story, the other one wants his turn. They have been astronauts, farmers, woodsman, hikers in the mountains, pirates, dragon slayers, etc. They like that they're able to resize their characters however big or small they want them to be. They especially loved recreating "Monkeys on the Bed", they actually go through the song and do their counting (subtractions) while having a monkey fall off the bed each time. This scene is always filled with laughter! This app is going to go a long way with my boys. It is packed with tools for a never-ending imagination. They are also putting numbers, shapes and their names into the scenes, what a great educational aspect. Who knew that so much fun, creativity and education would cost so little! This is a great family oriented app. The possibilities for stories are endless and the fact that you're able to capture a photo of their stories is priceless! This app is a real bang for your buck. A big THANK YOU to the developers for creating such a wonderful, wonderful app! This deserves a 10 star rating!

Needs better design

I would give this a higher rating if the design was better, especially for the people. There is only one shape of body, and the face options are out of proportion with the heads and too goofy looking.

This app is so creative and fun. My students are non-verbal or have very low expressive speech & language skills. Felt Board allows us to create stories, pictures or scene that we can connect to literature or experiences. I've found it to be a great way to build vocabulary and to elicit expressive speech and language. I even made a class book using print outs of my students' creations. There are so many ways to use this app other than to "just make pictures": storytelling, cause/effect, fine motor, speech/language, colors, shapes, numbers, letters, spelling, etc. While one student may only be working on choosing colors, another may be using it as a fun way to practice spelling words. This is an app that allows children to use their imagination.

Felt Board is a fantastic app! Classic, creative and imaginative all in one app. No pieces to keep up with and keeps kids entertained for hours. I highly recommend this app for the endless possibilities it has. Great for kids with special needs as it works on fine motor skills as well as imaginative play. 5 star app!

This is a great open ended creative play app for my child. This keeps her occupied, and is engaging and simple. Very well done, lots of choices and ways to stimulate her creativity and imagination. A favorite in our house. Thank you.

I purchased this with two purposes in mind for my 4 year old daughter and to use in clinicals as a slp. This is a great app and it is my daughters favorite hands down.shake to clear isnot my favorite idea because it makes me nervous but great otherwise

my daughter and I are having a blast with this app - clever and fun !! the really hit a home run with this one. we love playing and rearranging all the pieces - adding different backgrounds,chaging it up, good for learning how to work in the ipad as well. plenty of pcs for little boys too - pirates arrr!

This is an amazing app,works well with children of all ages. Gives them a good chance to be creative! Very good for working on following directions and OT work, with special needs kids. Actually, we have had adults playing with this app, talking about when they were in school. My kids tend to go back to this app again and again!

Love this app. I got it for my 3 1/2 year old so we could work on story telling. It is so simple, but big fun It was an instant hit in our house. I bought a felt board with pieces and the pieces were always all over the place. No pieces to lose here!
