App or Bulb don’t work!

Waste of time. I tried to paid these like 10x abd it wouldn't work. Got a 3 pack and not one would pair! Absolute Junk, return before you waste your time on it.

When it works, it is great! Sometimes I am not notified and cannot make the playback work. Right now everything is working and it is great. I don’t understand why it quits working at times.

Connecting a device is a nightmare.

I bought two lights. I connected the first s year ago, and it sucked. It was a nightmare, and took me half an hours to get to set up. They have updated the app and connection process, and it’s twice as difficult. It’s is an absolute massive undertaking. Give yourself a whole evening to get it figured out. And be prepared to do a lot of troubleshooting. It’s also dumb that the app “requires” location to be in to connect the app. That’s B.S. and a stupid attempt to steal my personal data. Shameful. If I spent money on a product, the functionality of said product should stand alone without the need to mine my personal data.
Constant loss of connection

Bought some of the Feit clear spiral bulbs.. they look pretty but the app can never stay connected to them.. I fought to get them connected by trying different things only to have them lose connection again. It is the app not the bulbs because I was able to connect these same bulbs to a different app that has no issue remembering the bulbs and accessing them consistently. With the other app though I have not color control only on and off but at least it works! maybe I’ll wait for update and pray they figure it out … update I got it connected to Alexa and she can remember the lights and keep track of them even when the app can not.. she can even control the color.. so i guess I’ll keep them and only use Alexa to control it.
Video door bell is junk

Using iPhone 12 Pro, every time answering video door bell, it just hangs. Won’t buy Feit products ever again
Alarm notifications

Issues with receiving alarm notifications. Works great and everything was operating perfectly even while I’m a thousand miles away. However I believe when I cleared the SD card it stopped transmitting alarm notifications. Otherwise it’s a awesome security camera unit. Need to reprogram when I return.

Not only does the adhesive on it not stick, the app is horrible. A pain to connect to the strips, Via any of the three modes. Remote also doesn’t work. Have had a horrible experience with these and the ‘help’ option does not actually help. I have tried everything. Do not recommend these
