Google home won’t connect

The setup with my phone was good but as soon as I tried to link the app with my google home, it just opened the app and didn’t tell me to sign in like it was supposed to. Someone I know has globe smart lights and never had a problem linking them to their google home or their Alexa. Other than that, I like the lights and how they work, but can anybody help me fix this?

Bought several to light a studio/gallery room. As I turn them off at the end of the day, whatever light or group is last to turn off causes other lights in the room to randomly turn back on.. The app will usually show them as off, or the group as off but random bulbs on...that's if it doesn't just show the bulbs in question as offline, even though they're clearly on (and utterly unresponsive!) In the end, the only way I've been able to get them off off and stay off is by turning off the wall switch. Which means of course that the next morning, when I turn the switch back on, multiple lights begin flashing and need to be reset and reconnected. Hard to imagine a worse system design for a smart bulb.. Will never buy these again and I can in no way recommend you buy them either!

Apparently my wifi is too high because I couldn’t get them to set up. I so loved the idea of them but only going to 2.4 is this day & age is a bad idea. Guess I’ll go in search of traditional outside timers.
Worked great for a month. Now it won’t connect and they turn on and off. Waste of time and money

Works great! Love the software performance. Perfect for setting up my off/on schedule for my lights when I go out of town.
Won’t Connect After Update

I moved my lamp from my bedroom to the living room. I tried to control the light as normal but it wouldn’t work. So I figured I had to re-set it up. I noticed that it wasn’t working after a couple of tries so I checked the App Store and updated the app. After I updated, it still isn’t working and won’t connect under any of the modes. HELP! Can we get a YouTube tutorial on this please? I know my lamp and wifi will work with this so why isn’t it?

When I first bought these outdoor plugs they connected to my wifi using the app with no issues right away. One year later changes to the app now prevent me from connecting to the outdoor Wi-Fi plugs. Can’t sign into my account, can’t manually locate the devices, can’t automatically connect to the devices, junk, junk, junk!

I love the app it’s especially great after the recent update but I was wondering if y’all would want to add a dark mode?
It’s ok but Apple Watch functionality does not work

The hardware and the app is ok. I have two dimmers and two lightbulbs , and you can imagine a lot of screen size is wasted in the overview screen. Impatient as I am, I always feel like a year passes when I have to press and hold the device before I get to dim it. It’s just annoying each time you do it. The trainee has programmed the Apple Watch functionality, so that doesn’t work. Reinstall, adding / removing devices: no. The watch is not going to work with feitco until someone figures that out. Other than that it’s an acceptable / ok app (product) not bad!
