The latest redesign made the app completely unusable! Bad design, very hard to use, and very buggy. Go back to the old version!

After logging in with Facebook, I could even select my correct gender or orientation, matching what was on my profile. Then the app crashed and after reinstalling it, it happened again. Kinda bummed because I was looking forward to doing some unicorn things...

The concept as most of these reviews say is a cool one. However, there are some simple things that could make this app usable let alone enjoyable. 1. Alpha characters ONLY for usernames. I'm not sure who made the call to ONLY use alpha characters but it was a bad one in my opinion. The ability to use numbers in app usernames is one that even the most basic and useless apps have. Seems like a step backwards. 2. Facebook sign in only. Again with the absolute features... the app would be best served by allowing users to choose from a number of sign up/in options. Not the least of which allowing users to NOT use there FB accounts. When you limit options, you limit enjoyment for quite a few people. 3.Can't upload non FB pictures This is the one that made me delete the app. As someone who very rarely uses there FB account, it is EXTREMELY Annoying that after jumping through the hoops listed above, realizing that in order to upload a photo to the app, I have to FIRST upload it to FB THEN to the app... I'm done... Has potential, but ease of use is not there. Let me know if I missed anything.

Since updating to the latest version, I always have at least one notification that displays, but despite going through EVERY match conversation, it never goes away. I even turned off in app notifications and it’s still there. While the messaging system has improved, constantly seeing a notification that I’ve received a message is going to make me miss messages once I turn it off for good.

This app has great potential but they have a lot of bugs to get out. Due to the recent upgrade they made for “Aesthetics” now I can’t even read my old or new messages or see my matches. What’s the point of swiping if you can’t even converse with who you matched with....... just a fake Hot or Not!!

Really tough to use

New update really doesn't improve much upon the past experience of the app. Messaging is completely useless as it fails to even open, saying "Synchrobizing your connections, it might take a minute." It's taken more than 2 weeks, and I still can't see any connections. Still buggy viewing profiles as well.

Takes getting used to with the new design, not sure I like it. Still a good app but much harder to use (no tap to click through photos, no more swiping up and down)

Great potential, but...

I really like this app. This is definitely my favorite app of its kind out of the few that I have tried. However, it seriously needs some fine tuning. The messaging is slow and unresponsive to the point that I sometimes have to reboot the app just to see new messages. Location settings are sketchy as well. Why am I seeing profiles from 200 to 2000 miles away? And now I can’t even use it, because it’s asking me to update, but when who to the App Store, I cant update it, and I can’t get past the update prompt when I open the app. It’s virtually useless to me now. I’d be happy to give it five stars, but until issues are addressed, I can’t give it more than three. *update*: Ok, so finally got it to open; but now when I go to messages, it tells me it’s synchronizing my contacts but never finishes. The only way it seems to bypass this is to do a uninstall/reinstall. I’m a “majestic member”, but I’m about ready to cancel my membership and move on. Developers, please fix this.

Connections Tab doesn’t work with new update

Despite some clunkiness and disorganization, the app’s earlier version worked pretty well for us. However, the last two updates, including the first big one, have made the connections tab not work anymore. Just stays on “synchronizing your connections” or something like that.
