Terrible app and website for printing standard invitations

I always use Etsy to order invitations and print via FedEx and pick up. This was the most complicated the app has been. I was unable to choose a standard invitation size of 5x7” on the app. I even tried to go on the regular computer and the option didn’t exist there either. It had really weird options for invitation sizes that I have never even seen before. It didn’t have the option for cutting or for choosing “no envelopes” online. Very very confusing and wasted about an hour and a half of my time. Finally I called the store and the man said to put it all in the special instructions and submit anyway. Online with the laptop didn’t even have a spot for that so I had to go back to the app and do it there. Ugh.
Really Great, until you have to pay

This app is really great, right up till the point you need to pay. Apple Pay is been around for a while why aren’t you using that at this point. really sad.

I use the app quite often and it is so simple. Just choose what I want to print, enter my payment and it’s ready to pickup very quickly. I even get a call to say it is ready ? the Belden Village Office in North Canton Ohio is GREAT!!!!
Awesome Babcock location

I just have to say the Fed ex at the Babcock location is totally awesome. The customer service on the phone was very professional and handled very well. I had done an online order maybe an hour ago and just realized that I messed up on it. I called them to see if they could correct the problem and get more copies made of exactly how I had done the first one. And she was like absolutely, no problem we’ll have it ready for you when you get here, and you can just pay for it when you get here instead of trying to pay by card over the phone since your driving. This was a very important order, as it is my resume, cover letter, and two letters of recommendation for a multi panel interview. It’s my fault for waiting to the last minute, but I am so thankful that they were able to get this done and even add to my order to correct my mistake. They are awesome. Thank you so much FedEx

If you have printing needs us the app create it, print it and pickup at a store or mail it to your home. I’ve created many presentations and booklets and always had great results. My printing department for all my printing needs.

Only issues were 1) each time needed to specify b/w print and upload from Google did not list Fed Ex as an option.
