I have not even been able to play the game. Half the screen is cut off and when I turn my phone it goes away completely. I have reset my phone,deleted and reinstalled the game and it still won't work. I get both new games that come out every week and never had a problem really before. Please fix it so I can play

I'm anxious to play, but I can't because I can only see half the screen. I've deleted and downloaded twice and still the same result. Is this my phone or a bug that needs to be fixed???

I downloaded the game. Go to open it, and the screen will not rotate for this game. So I can only see half of it. Can't play it so far. I have done all troubleshooting tips to no avail. Maybe it's an ios9 thing. Who knows.

I have downloaded twice on iPod with iOS 9. Both times half the screen is black so I can't play. I look forward to playing when this is resolved.

Game has lots of HOGs, good map and hint system. The entire game is rather dark and sometimes it is almost impossible to place items. Otherwise, it is an okay game.

I wanted to avoid writing a negative review before being able to play the game. I was hoping I could contact you via App Support and relay my issue there, but I couldn't easily find a place to write you. Instead I found myself with tons of trouble-shooting tips that were unrelated to my issue. So that is why I am having to write this negative review here, despite my efforts to contact support first. Basically...the game is not accessible. Upon clicking on the game, your screen is 80% black. You get a sliver of the game in the upper right hand corner of your screen. I tried to adjust my screen and move my phone around to see if I could somehow access more of the game, but it is still cut off no matter how you maneuver your device. This game looks like it has potential to be fun! I didn't want to leave a negative review! But until I can access the game to play it...I really can't rate it. Please fix this bug so I CAN give this game a proper rating! If this info helps, I am using an iPhone 6 to play the game. I have already updated to iOS 9. I hope that helps you figure out your issue. Thanks in advance for fixing this problem ASAP!
