Mobile app is NOT WORKING

I’ve tried many options with your mobile app and still it does not allow me access to my acct. when I call hotline I’m on hold for more than enough time and no one answers the phone. I was 2nd in the list and I must have been waiting for 30minutes or more and finally hung up the phone. Seems your app and IOS are not compatible and do not wanna give customers an opportunity to review their own account. Please!!!! Fix the issue

I love my bank. HATE the application. It constantly crashes. Won’t load. Or I’ll be in middle of a transfer and it quits and won’t load back up. I need to rely on the application. Since I am having such issues I might switch banks. Very disappointed in the application.

This may be the worst app I’ve ever downloaded! But it’s on par for the credit union it represents. THE WORST FOR THE WORST!

This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used! So bad in fact, that I left FCU to go to another bank. I literally can’t log into my app 70% of the time, which is unacceptable.

This app use to be great but recently it has a lot of issues!! Everytime I try to sign in my account it says ERROR WHILE PREFORMING INTERNAL OPERATION. I have deleted and reinstalled and it’s still doing it! Please fix

I love the bank but the app is horrible. I’m so tired of trying to look at my balance and always having an alert about how there is a problem.

Waste of time. A banking app is supposed to make banking more convenient, Nope! Does not work, it’s 2019 FCU, please fix this and get with the times.

I’ve had this app for years and it’s been helpful up until recently. Now it rarely allows me to login! What’s the point of having an app that I can’t use? It’s just giving me “internal error” messages.
