You can’t send faxes with this app even though you pay for it. They charge a subscription fee in addition to the app fee. Very deceptive. I am going to contest this with Apple or my credit card on principle alone.

Not sure what happened but the reliability isn’t great anymore. I’m getting an error message about needing to be connected to the internet constantly, which is annoying since I have been connected. Also, not having a phone number to call for troubleshooting is bad business. I’d recommend something else If you’re serious about your business.

You cannot received faxes!! You have to resend many times to have a successful delivered fax. Requesting refund.
