I paid for the app and bought credits. It won’t let me add my country code and says “connecting to server” but nothing happens. I would like my money back.

I paid up front for two apps only to find out I can’t even use it unless I pay a 20 dollar subscription fee for fax capability. I am a disabled veteran who needs to fax things maybe once a month and with what I get paid this is an expense I just can’t afford. I can’t believe I paid for a totally useless app.
Easy way to fax

I love this app even though you have to pay to send the fax! This is way better than having to buy your own fax machine or pay someone else to fax it for you! I use this whenever I need to fax something.

good app but even if you buy it eventually it requires monthly subscription. may not be bad for a true business, but for personal it’s a ripoff!!
