Company says they didn’t bet my fax but what is highly irritating is that I only needed to use it once and the app keeps charging me $10 WEEKLY and I can’t even unsubscribe ANYWHERE

Tried to fax images theycame out unreadable and yes the lens was clean.They want 9.99 a week. Save your money!

Too much cost to send an ancient technology fax. Almost no one faxes anymore. Why would I subscribe to a service or pay $10 to send one?? Lame.

This app is free to download, however beware you will be required to purchase a subscription in order to use the service. This is extremely misleading and as a customer looking for some thing that is free this is not the way to get my business. I will be deleting this app immediately

I recommend Genius Fax for those who only need to send out a couple pages per year

No customer service. No per-page payment plan anymore - lost all my money in the app before they went to subscription and I have no way of getting it back since there’s nobody to talk to. Most of these positive reviews were from when the app had a per-page payment plan. It was great for most people to be able to just send out 5 pages of faxes a year, no problem. Now I need to have a subscription to fax - ridiculously overpriced when most people send a page or two a year (I’ve sent out 13 since 2018).

I signed up for a free trial so I could fax something for my Mother and was immediately charged $10.86. And now I am not being given the option to even cancel this subscription. I don’t want to renew it. I want to cancel it and I want my money back. What is the point of a free trial if you’re going to immediately charge someone for a weekly subscription??? Absolutely ridiculous. And of course there is no customer support at all to rectify the issue. I don’t understand this.
