I would like to start by saying that I only used this app to receive a fax and it worked quickly without any issues. I did not send any faxes therefor cannot say whether it works well or not. My issue is with the support service that never responded to my emails. There is no way in the app to turn off the auto-renewal . The “subscription” button in the app only tells you that you can turn off auto-renewal in the account settings. There is no account settings within the app and there is no option of turning off the auto-renewal within the apple account settings. And of course I was charged the monthly fee because of the auto-renewal. I still don’t know how to turn it off and the support service still has not gotten back to me (It has been more than a week).

I could not find anyway to cancel or unsubscribe from within the app, or the App Store, or the company’s website, or the FAQ, or the settings subscription page. I emailed the company twice and I received no reply so I uninstalled the app and formally request no charges since I am only one day into my three day free trial.

Scanned proposed fax three times to have the app kick out to main screen all three times. I did love the cropping feature and I got to practice it a lot. Updated iPhone X, no other apps running One star for cropping

I’m trying to fax something to the unemployment office, so it’s was definitely awesome that the first fax was free!

I tried the free trial and could not receive a fax. I tried to cancel but there is no place to cancel subscription. I emailed the company 3 times before my trial period ended and they still charged me. They make it hard to cancel so they can charge you. I still haven’t heard back from the “support” email they provide. This company is garbage and I will never download anything from them again!

FIRST PAGE is free. Not the first fax. This includes the cover page in the calculation, so even if you are only faxing a single page, if you include a cover page you will need to pay something. My first fax was two pages plus a cover page. Ended up having to pay for 5 pages ( the smallest option they offer). I thought the entire first fax was free. I was wrong. Once I use the last two faxes I paid for, I'll be deleting this app. The price doesn't bother me. The misleading ad does.

Initially, I was very excited about the app because the first page that I sent went through. However, I did not receive any of the faxes that were sent my the Veteran Administration. I only received unimportant faxes that I sent to myself. I was told by customer support (Michaela) that one of the faxes sent from the VA was successfully received. I’m still WAITNG!!! Its been nearly 24 hrs!!!! I AM VERY concerned!!! I thought it was secure bc of the phone line... I’m very concerned!! The VA said I should have definitely received the faxes within an hour. I’m deleting the app and def not adding a subscription. Today is May, 05, 2018
