It worked but then I thought I cancelled my subscription only to find out I’ve been getting charged every week for ever! I used the app ONCE! It’s a trap! Don’t do it!

I paid for a one time use, and they keep on charging me. I emailed them twice already to cancel my account without success. They make it so difficult to cancel account

They make it difficult to cancel and I clicked on free fax and they pop up and I have to pay. Apple you need to stop the false advertisement of free apps and once you open you have to pay. Now I need to find how to cancel before I get charged.

This app has questionable practices around fees. The “free trial” that auto-renews unless you cancel is not easy to cancel and bills you $5.99/ month for as many months as you take to remember to cancel. Many people will forget, and this will be a great profit for this company. I don’t like this business tactic, and even though it is legal and appears to have customer consent, the intention is obvious. I want to support companies with less greedy practices who respect our time and money.

Always works great and very convenient. Used it so much in the beginning that it’s been worth it to pay for the yearly subscription.
