Quick and efficient

Love this app. Didn’t have a fax machine and needed to send documents quickly. The recipient was able to receive clean documents within minutes. Nice to have a back up.

For some reason my fax credit doesn't appear in my account even though I have a receipt of purchasing the credit. Their customer service department doesn't seem to comprehend basic English to resolve this issue. After spending countless time trying to fix this, I am cutting my losses and deleting this app from my phone.

Great app! Installed the app, Uploaded my documents, and received delivery confirmation all in less than 5 minutes. The fee is nominal, far cheaper than going to fedex or kinkos.
Simple and inexpensive

I had been using another fax app, but all it will let me do now is upgrade it to a monthly service. Who needs to send faxes every month? Not me! This app is easy and inexpensive. The charges for credits go through my Apple account, so the app doesn’t have my credit card info which I like.
