This app is so helpful and rewarding . Never really took fasting seriously until I found this app and it’s my 8th day using it and I have builded great habits like sleeping early , drinking tons of water , fasting in a healthy way , even lost 3 and a half pounds my first week ! And it may not be a lot to some but 3 pounds does add up in the long run and I have builded habits which will help me accomplish them . Great app In general highly recommend ????!

Can’t figure out how to change times manually Say I want to start fasting at 7 instead of 8 Or if I eat earlier than time I put on as my time???

There’s no place to ask your own questions. They do have videos but it’s generalized.

It’s a shame because I really like this app to keep track but lately whenever I try to click on the app it sends me right into the settings on my phone and I can’t get in so I just deleted it hopefully they fix it.
They do not honor their guarantee and never respond.

I bought the 3 months program. Followed it exactly. Lost a little, gained it back. Started getting terrible migraines and knew this type of eating was not for me. Filled out their Google form 4 times and they won’t respond. $59 is a ton to pay and not guarantee. How do I get them to respond? There’s no contact info.

Ugh Bamboozled is Taken
App navigation is not fluid - challenging to find things your looking for like documenting weight and water. Feels like it’s different every time I open it. Otherwise the start and stop tracking is very helpful.
