I have tried over 20 scanning apps, and FasterScan Plus is pretty much the festival. The single capability that it lacks that I wish it had is the ability to use iCloud. What it does beautifully: it allows you to scan and correct for distortions, even in curved pages, not just Pages taken at an angle. It has great filters, as well. The app lets you password protect folders, and PDFs exported from those folders become password-protected. Other scanning apps also password-protect PDFs, but they do so in a way that prevents you from using Adobe Acrobat's OCR capabilities with the exported file. FasterScan has no such limitation.

So far the best working scanner app I've used. I use it regularly for work. Interactions with email and other apps is smooth.

Scan a document, then print, or file on my phone for later preference. This app allows to store scanned documents in regular letter size and others. I can email the scans with the paid version. Awesome
