It is so unfortunate that the group exercises like the cruise are now dictated by the groups that can afford to spend the most gems lining Zyngas pockets. It used to be about some level of skill, now they just deflated the fun right out of it. Still clueless as to why we can’t have a club only tab in the market to sell to only our group instead of the entire globe. Why are you against us helping our own? So many improvements needed.

Look I know these games aren’t made to be entirely free, the devs make them as a source of income. But this is the first game I’ve ever seen that offers characters to “rent”. Rent? If I’m spending money I better own whatever I’m buying. I’ve been enjoying the game but I’m getting to the point now where every customer order is massive, very obviously hinting that I should buy speed ups. It’s a fun game and looks nice, but basically what it amounts to is a limited free trial before the game is like “Alright you’ve had your fun, now it’s time to pay up or quit.”

Love the game but it takes a long time to create an item. It shouldn’t take 40-45 minutes before a required item is made. The time to create an item needs to be lessened.

Really guys, need to work on these:::1) time frame on the boost, they don’t allow any time to really help my club out, I almost why even use,,,,2) how can we help our club with so many different events running at same time?,,3) Don’t you think with as many gamers you have, now we’re talking about the almighty $$$??? Zynga Inc could make this more realistic an easier for those on income problems, special needs, physical disability etc...Just saying,,Zynga this is an update your customer service is NONEXISTENT and for that reason I am no longer playing your games. It is outrageous that you refuse to fix the wrongs and make it right. I have no clue why some give this game a 4 or 5 star and then proceed to tell how bad customer service is. You are a minus -1 that’s a big 0,,You should be dam shame for stealing people’s money. I’m writing facebook,iTunes,Apple,everyone involved in sponsoring this game and telling them how they too are contributing to this ripoff So to everyone out there please be warned they will take your money but they will never and I mean this honestly never fix, or refund any money, credits or in any way try to help you out. Their standard reply is we are working on it and thank you for your patience. End of story....
