Game has been frozen for me for 3 days. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response. I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled and it asked me to save progress at level 23 when I’m at level 42! I’m stuck on the announcement of the zoologist for Park Office. Seriously just fix the game or at least respond to emails and explain what’s wrong

Yesterday night I bought $40 dollars worth of keys have waited all night and i still don’t have the keys keys I purchased. Please help
Rewards not worth the cost

I have played this game a while. I like it pretty well, but it’s not fair with all the money we spend buying keys. The rewards are not worth the effort! The country fair is not “fair play”! Once you reach diamond level, you should keep that status and not risk losing it every week! The game isn’t as much fun and I am considering deleting it!
Can’t buy in app items

You can’t buy any packages that cost 19.99. You can buy anything else but that. Reported multiple times with no fix.

I have sent numerous messages & screenshots of this purchase with no response~ after the first couple of days I was told the “complaint” had timed out & had to resubmit~ really? These people are rip-off artists! A week with no satisfaction? Wow!

I’ve had three problems with it. Sometimes it won’t work so it won’t give me things. Sometimes it won’t give me my coins and stars. The biggest problem I just had is that I got a new I Pad and now it won’t sync so I had to start all over again. I was above level two hundred.
