Very efficient

Needcontroll

I have no complaints with this app. I can track all my coverage, make sure my payment has been received, easier to keep track of policies rather than trying to dig through paper files & if something happens, al my info is on my phone.

Couldn’t be easier to check out policy coverage, upcoming bill, and cards needed showing proof of coverage.

Excellent

App is well designed and a lot more convenient than filing that ream of paper you send out when it is time for a renewal. I still would like a heavy stock paper insurance card instead of that thin sheet of paper that I try to stick in my billfold. I don’t always have my phone handy with your app to show proof of insurance.

Great App!

Fast and easy thanks to TouchID. Stable app. Straightforward.

Okay

They have added features and it’s gotten better. Still missing access to life insurance policy details and documents. Also super super super annoying that it occasionally logs your out even with Face ID. I mean this stuff should need to be that secure that it randomly logs you out.

Nice insurance ???

Good, can have more features

Happy Affirm Shopper!

I used to have Progressive. I could easily postpone a payment up to 10 days with just 2-3 clicks in the app and done, AND without a late fee. Farmers will take that money making late fee on late-day number one, so needless to say they don’t have a postponement feature. BUT, if you’re gonna collect a late fee anyway and people don’t really have a choice because their payment doesn’t align with their paydays, for example, then at least still give the postponement option with the disclosure that they will accept a late fee.
