I am so devastated! I've been playing this for a long time, and I was finally getting my farm how I wanted it! I was at level 16 or 17 I think. When I went on the game after the update, it had started all over! Logging into Facebook didn't even restore it. I don't want to start over because I spent a lot of real money on this game! Sad sad day. And the "help/support" button isn't even clickable. ?

I was playing the other game and many of the items on the farm. Like the sewer, food maker, bakery, dairy maker, brown and white sugar maker, Spanish food maker, dessert maker, etc., then all of a sudden I'm put at the very first of the game having start all over! This is ok, but I had already gotten far in the game!

Everything has been lost since the newest update! I have been playing since 2015, and logged many hours building up my farm. Please tell us if this can be restored? I could not be bothered to start all over again. :(

Not sure about this game yet. Just started to play it. Very concerned about others losing all their saved data after an update. For now, 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ only! Edit: The most annoying thing is the ads.. just start, out of now where! When you are trying to play! Hate that! Downgrading it to ⭐️⭐️ Star's. On level 12 and now I can't get any more space without spending money! No Thank u if we lose data on upgrades! Will most likely stop playing this game. ???
