Very disappointing

THIS GAME IS BROKEN!! What started out as a cute game has ended up being extremely disappointing. No in-game support. Gladly takes your money but no support for issues. And there are plenty, for example, trade market does not work. People paid to use this "perk". Good luck! Can iTunes step in and get these people to fix??

It was great at first but a couple days into it and a few purchases later and the game reset itself and bye bye EVERYTHING......and of course there is no one there to talk to for help........

STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE ISSUES. NOW HALF OF THE PEOPLE HAVING THIS GAME CANT EVEN LOGIN TO THEIR ACCOUNT. IF YOU DOWNLOAD THIS GAME DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER, UPDATE OR FIX THIS GAME.....IT IS APRIL AND IT IS STILL CHRISTMAS AND SNOWING...SMH
