I love this game. So why only 3 Stars, because I play the game everyday, but I get to a certain level and it disappears and I have to restart the game from the beginning. This has now done this 5 times. Is there anyway I can get someone to explain why it does this. Please fix game and then I will give it 5 stars. Thank you

It’s a good game except for one thing, my store does not work it keeps saying “error” could you fix this item.
Having problems
Takes up too much time
If you had a "contact us" area, I could let you know about this instead of your review. I get an "error" when I go into the market and also the truck sale area. Wheel barrows are too hard to find so everything is a jammed up in my town.
Major Problem

I opened the game. All game data disappeared. Discouraging after a few weeks of play. I am at the start screen! Also, How do I contact Support DIRECTLY in order to indicate game error! Need assistance
To many bubbles

When you build a building (any kind, like house bakery, etc.) it gets a bubble above it. You can’t turn them off. You have to perform the task. In the houses, I have bubbles where people are asking for things that my level can’t make. It will not let me “pass” on this person or turn it off giving a chance for maybe a different person in that house ask for something we can produce. Zoom out and the whole screen becomes bubbles. At least let us be able to refuse a request and then maybe have to wait a 20-30 minutes before the next request. Make bubbles smaller.
