Horrible experience

As you wait in the Farmburger line they bombard you with signs to download the app. But I downloaded the app, ordered with it, and the manager told me I had to leave and could not eat my food in the restaurant. She could not be reasoned with. Farmburger was one of my favorite restaurants in Asheville but after the experience and her rudeness, I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back.

Where is app support?

The app had worked well until recently when I saw that I had not gotten my rewards. I have tried to straighten out the problem via app support, which was a joke, and the restaurant, which didn’t know what to do. Farm Burger doesn’t have a customer service number and I haven’t gotten any response to email inquiries.

I shouldn’t have to ever add a card manually its 2019. Use apple pay/wallet in your app for the “order ahead” feature.

I downloaded the app and it worked the first time. Since then it has never actually let me order always says there is a problem when I get to the pay section of the application. No idea what’s wrong.

This is the second time I’ve attempted to download and use the app. When I click to order ahead, I get a network error every single time. I love farm burger, but I’ll continue to order online until the app is actually working.

All was great. I think was was completing the farmhand reward level, then the next time I opened the app, I was back t grasshopper. It’s been at least 3 months and it’s still isn’t fixed. I’ve reported to farm burger, and they keep saying they’re still working on it.

Have you ever turned to your friend or wife and asked, “what do you want to eat?” This app solves that! I look at my phone and between games and emails I see the app. I think “mmmmmm Farm Burger” The discounts are really nice too.
