Been playing the game for years, started when rehabbing after surgery, but I’m fed up. I am a patient person but when I work for weeks upon weeks to finally move up a level and have my final winning move sabotaged, that’s it, I’m done! Take your game and keep it! I’m done!

I love the games in and of itself. I’ve read the reviews and many are correct about the bubble colors not identifying with what is on the board. I equate this to them wanting you to purchase stars so you can obtain an additional 5 bubbles. I understand making money but really that part is a bit unfair. I am on level 1068, and this game will not sync no matter what. It’s also very slow to update the other players progress. I use iOS to play, and I will play on my iPad at home and on my iPhone when I’m away. The game will not sync between devices, and it should, especially logging in with a platform like Facebook. This tells me they maybe have an inadequate server, or they just don’t care that this happens. My biggest complaint has been with customer service. I’ve written them about the syncing issue. I’m pretty tech savvy (not an IT expert mind you) and I got feedback once telling me I needed to log in with Facebook. I wrote back twice more trying to tell them I did, and I’ve tried other methods of troubleshooting to no avail. Instead of fixing it or explaining anything, they suspended me! They didn’t suspend me from the game, but from submitting anymore requests or inquiries. To me, this is very poor representation of your company, a total lack of respect for those supporting you, and just horrific customer service. I’ve brought several people to this game, and because of this, we were ready to delete the game. I take great umbrage at being treated in this manner. I was never rude or unkind. I never acted or treated in a manner that was disrespectful or spiteful. This was simply wrong. I do hope this review at least reaches someone within the company that cares if they continue to have customers who support their endeavors. Sincerely, Korinna A. Berry M.Ed.

Too many bugs. I felt cheated by the game frequently. The direction indicator shows a good path but when the shot is released the bubble gets stopped well before its intended target. When I got close to achieving the goal with plenty of shots left, the needed color might not come up in 10 or 15 shots, literally. The ads pop up at odd times and the X that closes the ad can appear in any of the corners and send you to the App Store rather than closing the game. Frustrating game. More of a crap shoot than a game of skill.

I really enjoyed the game. You get close to winning the game, and they give you marbles that do not work. I will not play again.

So far so good! ? I am only at level 25 so a little premature to accurately rate, but I’m loving it so far! It’s a nice relaxing game and not way to much pressure to purchase anything to have to win levels. I’ve used a few boosters just to try them out because they don’t explain what some of the obstacles are and what they do but I haven’t died trying to figure them out either! I’m good with that so far! I assume as the levels progress I might be a little peeved but so far so good! ??

I am so happy that I got this app for myself to play this game for myself and I love it so much and it passes the time away and is so much fun too and it’s very easy to play so if I was you I would give this app a try because its so great of a game to play and it passes the time away and it is so much fun too !!!
