Trouble with internet error...

This is the only app that is having an issue w/ the internet... I play many games that require WiFi and they all connect fine, I believe you have a glitch

Game was working fine and then all of a sudden it was having internet issues. My WiFi is on my cellular is great so I’m thinking the game has an issue.

Really enjoyed this game until major glitch - have sent emails to support and gotten no response. This is not only on my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled game and lost all my progress. Not happy.

Good game but won’t let me play tournaments. Says to check my internet connection. I did. That ain’t it. Other than that I don’t have any complaints

The app works fine on single player. My main gripe is that it won’t allow me to do multiplayer. It says that I need to check my internet connection, yet I can still get their ads just fine. I call BS there...

I love the game but the online portion isn’t working and hasn’t for nearly a week. The app keeps showing that I need to check my internet connection. I have no other internet issues, my app is up-to-date and I have restarted my device multiple times to try to fix the issue. This has to be an app problem. I emailed their support - I haven’t heard back and it still isn’t fixed. Will probably delete soon if it isn’t fixed.

i had over 60k chips and then the game refused to work saying i had no internet connection. all is lost and this game is a rip-off

I continue to receive this error. I deleted the app & reinstalled and still having this problem. I am not having this problem with any other app on my phone. Very frustrating cause I like to play this game!!

I haven’t been able to play this game in weeks. It keeps telling to check my internet connection. It won’t let me play on my iPhone or iPad. Could you please fix this problem?
