I've viewed and downloaded many calendar apps. None quite did what I wanted or it took too many steps to get to different things. Finally found this one & it does it all in one app. Best app I've come across to manage life.

A good productivity app makes doing tasks graceful and effortless. A great productivity app makes you want to use it even when you don't need to do any tasks at all. Fantastical 2 falls into the 'great' category.

No Notifications ?

Bought this app for the extra features & Apple Watch Complications. But noticed that notifications will only work when entering Calendar events & Reminders direct in to the fantastical app. Even tho the app does sync information from the stock iOS apps . It would Not send Notifications to Apple Watch or iPhone. Not recommended if you use Siri to create Reminders or Calendar events. It will sync & show Reminders & events created with Siri in the fantastical app but it won't send notifications!

I just bought this app and I love it! I used to miss appointments because I was too darn lazy to type them in. But being able to type or voice it in and the app does the work- is super for someone like me! It's user friendly and everything is laid out plainly. One of the best apps I've downloaded to keep me organized yet!

Editing issue & features

Highly over rated iPhone app Big issue is trying to edit appointment times without changing the date. The day and time controls are too close! Lacking map coordination is sad for an app as expensive as this. I'm sorry that I paid for the app. Calendars 5 is much better.

GMT Time Zone issue

I have really loved this app for a long time, but recently my event time zones have been changing to GMT, and I have no clue why. iCloud is syncing fine and my Google settings are also fine. Frustrating!!

So far, the app is doing everything everyone said. I was actually OK with the native app. I got this in the hopes that I could set the reminder notifications to keep bugging me or popping up till I deliberately dismiss them. So often I unlock the phone and inadvertently don't read the notification that popped up, but because it doesn't come back, I always forget unless I actively go searching for what the reminder was for. That's the one drawback with ALL reminder apps for me!

New to App

So I had been very hesitant to try a different calendar app then what Apple provides on it hardware. This app Came across deeply discounted one day so I bought it. This app is so much better than what apple provides or any others I dabbled in. The one issue I can't seem to get around however is scheduling say sports practices. You can't repeat on just Tuesday and Thursday. It must be every Tuesday or every Thursday. Would love it if there could be that type of functionality for like a copy event Choice or he ability to chose repeat every X and X (Tue/Thur). Also would love to have an end date when setting up the event. Great app overall though!

Clean UI, incredibly well designed, snappy performance and feature rich. What's not to love? If you're a busy person with lots of scheduled meetings or someone who needs to organize every hour of your life, bite the bullet and spend the 3 Washingtons. You'll be glad you did.
