Please fix the crashing problem other than that it’s a pretty good app.

This used to be a favorite app of mine. Now it crashes and won’t allow me into the app unless I delete it and reinstall it again. This is frustrating and not worth it. I’m disappointed.

I sort of worked around the crashing by following every story I was remotely interested in but the fact that it will crash as I’m in the middle of reading a story and then I will have to redownload and look for the exact spot I was on is irritating to the point that I am thinking of just using the browser version of fanfiction and bookmarking tabs instead of dealing with it anymore. Please, either fix the bug that keeps crashing this app or at least give us a way to save our spots.

Love the app so easy to use but when you go to sync and update story’s it crashes and have to delete and reinstall gets old when it happens every day need to fix

This app is great I have had some issues such as crashing but I got rid of the app and and put it back on and it stoped having the problem. Overall it’s a good app.

Please update the app!!! So often I find that as soon as I open the app it closes itself, so I have to delete and then reinstall it. This wouldn’t be a problem except for the fact that when I do that it deletes all the stories in my library and I have to try and find them, and I can’t always find them all?

I had this app and used it with no issues until I upgraded my phone in July of 2017. Since then I can only open the app twice before it freezes and won’t open anymore until I uninstall it and then reinstall it. Then the process repeats itself over and over. I’ve had to switch to the blue FF app which isn’t as buggy but I don’t particularly like it. Please fix this issue! I miss using this app!

I honestly read from this app nonstop when it comes to updates with my favorite stories. Love this! "Pet Project" is a personal favorite of mine I followed nearly halfway through the writing process from the fan fiction app! If I could make a suggestion, sending an app notification of upcoming updates/crashes would be handy.

Not clear enough

I absolutely love this app. However, the directions are not clear enough for me. I have no clue how to add new chapters or even how to name the one that I have. This proposed a problem considering the fact that I couldn’t continue with the next chapter and I couldn’t name the one that I had. I tried contacting someone but I got no response. Also, the ‘help’ area gave me no useful information. This app gets four stars because I still loved it, but I hope that my problems are solved soon or my rating can become lower.
