Half of the app is broken

I’ve been using this app for awhile and it worked so well before. I forgot it for a bit and decided to check out if there’s any updates. I tried to make a keyboard and add an image but it keeps on saying I need to buy something or premium thingy. I gladly have saved images but when I use those the screens are all black. Sometimes the fonts won’t work and when I go to pick the fonts I can barley see them cause the screen is glitching and colliding with the screen I choose the fonts. Please fix this I may have to use another app. Thank you for reading ?

My daughter and I signed up for this app, as soon as we subscribed via the App Store, it stopped working, there is no way to register or login and no way to use the cool keyboards, there is very little functionality and absolutely no help function that we can find. We are going to cancel the subscription until the folks in Wuhan can fix this app. Shame on you! Please offer a little bit of customer support if you are going to sell products on the Internet!

Had to restore phone. Lost my Fancy Key info. Trying to log back in and can't. It doesn't recognize my user email when I try forgot password. So I'm paying $4.99 for nothing. And no way to get in touch with anyone. Can't use Facebook log in either and Twitter log in doesn't work. So I can't do much of anything. Not a happy camper. Also tried signing up under different email and it says failed to connect to server. Nothing works! I can make skins but am very limited with sounds and such. Guess I'll cancel subscription and make do with what I can. Maybe someday they'll fix it.

New iPad, and great internet... and app wouldn’t let me sign in or create account... or view any keyboards. Only could make one, but not even use it. Trash. Maybe just got unlucky with timing. Totally deleting app

I loved this app and I loved all its keyboards but when I went back to the app, it was all blank. I’m not sure if this happened to anyone else or if it’s just my phone but I’m really sad that it’s blank for me. It’s not my WiFi or anything.
