I have never come across an app like this. When you open it initial screen, which cannot be dismissed, the app wants you to pay before you can even see the first wallpaper. This is not a free (although purporting to be so) application. To me this, this is MAJOR bait and switch. I have no clue why it has such a high overall rating. Save yourself the trouble and just avoid downloading it. Because you will just end up deleting it.
