Yes, you can create lock screen backgrounds. However, they only give you about 5 themes, and they are all very similar. Also, when you save the background onto your phone it is not the best quality photo, I could find better quality on google search. It was slightly off on the cropping as well, but that isn't that big of a deal. Had high hopes for this app, and was disappointed.

This app is just cool backgrounds! The best part is that you can customize your backgrounds in any designs you want! Also, it comes with a lot of things you can put together to make your own backgrounds! It's also only good because it's free!!!
