It used to be better

Everyday there were new items posted up and now I look at my saved items and a lot of them no longer list the seller or the virtual store. There are only about 5 categories and the items are the same I’ve checked back one month to another and I never see new items. Sad that this app headed down the drain

Fancy is fun at first. But after a while, it’s just showing you the same items, and what you “fancy” is never taken into account. I think everyone probably gets the same feed. I’ve bought off Fancy a number of times with mixed results, depending on the seller. The delivery dates are rarely accurate. I’d compare it to Amazon or Etsy. There’s some good products, some scams, and a lot of drop shipping stuff. Nothing is really curated , like Chewy or Zappos. Most of it you could probably get at Target, for cheaper.

I spent over $2k on this app. The products are of good quality. Yet, no customer service and it’s a bit of a rip-off as I paid a ridiculous shipping fees. It didn’t stop there, the shipping companies they assigned made me pay the tax when the products arrived. Having said that, I spent on shipping more than what the product costs. Why don’t you guys download fashion apps like Farfetch and learn from them. Also would be great if you hire a customer service team. Thanks

So I’ve bought many things on this site, look for stuff daily, and it seems all that’s done each day is to shuffle the same old around. I’m disappointed that there are virtually no new product offerings for weeks or more. I’m gonna stop checking for awhile now

I recently moved into a new apartment and really wanted to develop a style of my own. The options on Fancy were great and many of the art pieces I found resonated with important memories from my past. Though at times a bit expensive, I thoroughly enjoyed using this to furnish my apartment.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CHEAP CRAP
BOGUS CRAPPY APP
Do NOT use this app for shopping for ANYTHING. Most of the seller’s product information and the descriptions of their merchandise is misleading and the items are very cheap and extremely disappointing. Many of the stores and retailers featured in this app are actually undisclosed Chinese retailers, and their items take 2 - 3 weeks AT LEAST for delivery AFTER shipping. If you are expecting anything worthwhile from this bogus app, LOOK ELSEWHERE. This is one of the WORST shopping apps I have ever experienced. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

It's so annoying that I won't use until you fix it. Update: Apparently bug fixes and performance improvements doesn't involve listening to customers and making the "fancy" button stop dancing and animating.
