Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a jersey about a week ago and I never heard an update about it. I finally contacted them today just to be told that they didn't "capture my payment". That's cool, a heads up would have been nice. I took my business elsewhere.
Can't save credit card

The app is fine until you get to paying for what you selected. There is an error every time you try to save your credit card to your profile. Forces you to pay through PayPal. Now just hope I get my stuff!!

Just as in another review I found out on my own that my order was refunded because the payment was never captured – whatever that means – I finally get an email two weeks later after multiple calls to customer service who did not clearly understand why I was issued a refund— I asked them what they would do for me give the the poor customer experience and they said they would give me free shipping which I had already gotten – I asked for a $20 credit on a future order and they said no – great way to earn the respect of customers... so stay away and your merchandise from a more reputable company.

As others have said, failed to capture my payment, and failed to notify me until I asked about my order. The item I wanted was sold out by the time the issue had been discovered. The rep I spoke to tried to blame my bank. Terrible customer service, worthless app.
