Game freeze and crashes

The game froze and crashed when I started playing family zoo the story. Can u please fix it?

I am completely addicted to this game. I really enjoy playing, but do have a few suggestions. I believe that once you reach the higher levels you should be able to receive more than one ticket/resource. There are not definitely enough coins given after completing a board. I also think that more coins should be given after completing an actual to do/enclosure mission.

Can’t fix issues

I was playing a level where you had to save the balloons I had 11 moves left and 2 balloons left. I never received the last two balloons. When I sent these ppl an email about it they replied a day later asking for a screen shot. How am I to know you wanted a screen shot? I was not able to get this shot. Issues not fixed as it happened again. I then wanted to purchase some speacials to help me pass a level. I spent $3 and only received one special. I emailed them again and again a day later they want a receipt. I was not able to get this either. Since they are making money off this game they would need to have transactions for these purchases. But no they couldn’t help me in that area either! I have now deleted this game!

Fun at first. Too much drama and drawn out to earn points. May delete. Also to drug out On 142 I got the purple grapes on first try but it would not accept so I used my 300 points and got the required and it still did not take I am cheated on this level

This game is really a very enjoyable version of the match 3 style game, and I find the two pronged system of enclosures and a to do list to be different and fun, plus there’s cute animals. The (relatively) new features like the competitions, prizes every 10 levels, and the never ending levels are great additions. However, I do wish that when new levels came out, they would make enough to finish the day/enclosure that you’re on. I’m fully maxed out on levels, and I have a bunch of extra enclosure materials and I have no enclosures to update. Meanwhile, I have several to do list activities queued up but I have no way to earn tickets to complete them. The game’s levels used to max out so that you could finish what you were doing, but the last few updates have been like this.

Fun but not a lot of reward for your efforts.

This looks like it will be a fun game, but it keeps kicking me out and I can not even get pass the intro part of the game. Really disappointed to the point deleted the game.

I love to play this game. Me and my daughters play together to build our zoo. The matching games can be challenging but are fun. It is so tempting to buy those special packages to help you get through the boards. Resist! Do not do it. I purchased a sale or promotional package for $1.99 and my card was billed 10.98. As I looked back, this has happened more than one time. I reported it in the game and got no response.
