Ignore the bad reviews

Yes the tutorial forces you to speed up production but after the tutorial is over you get back the dollars you spent to speed it up. Also you’re not forced to put things where they want you to, not sure how that reviewer got that idea. It’s a great town building game and it had its problems just like any game like this does but it’s fun. If you like these games you’ll like this.

I thought that I would be able to create and design my own town but really it's just the app telling you what to do and you really have no say and I bet you everybody's town will look the same because all it is is just putting things were your told
Terrible game don't waste your time.

This game lasted just a few seconds before I deleted it. You are forced to speed up all buildings in the tutorial even if you don't want to. I didn't even get through the tutorial before I knew I didn't like the game.
