Slow, crashing, disfunctional ... bad joke

(on iPhone 6 Plus ...) Apart from being terribly slow, the app crashes everytime you try to set scheduled restrictions for your child's iPhone. Web pages actually viewed on the monitored iPhone never show up in the list. "Call me" function only comes with disabled Save button so you cannot set up any call-me function. Where is the parental-control capability with all these holes? The app is a bad joke.

We’ve tried a couple of apps to monitor our children’s web surfing - but what’s nice about this app is that it lets you monitor web sites and do other things like prevent music and game purchases. There are a couple of things that would be nice to have. You can set up a schedule that turns off apps and browsing but only at specific times. It would be helpful if you could just say - block all games or an hour.

Lots of promise however this app crashes constantly in iOS9 - using the latest hardware apple offers. As a paying customer the results are nothing short of embarrassing.

Nothing else is even remotely compatible with iOS. This gets the job done in a way that is minimally noticeable to my children. The app is not particularly intuitive so it requires a bit of attention to learn. That said, the tips & support provided by intego are excellent.
Not worth it

After paying for this app for several months, I'm choosing to uninstall and cancel my subscription. Tech support was laughable at best. This app has the ability to change the times on its own, for no reason...worthless when you're trying to control time limits.
Doesn't work with iOS 10 / iPhone 7

Someone didn't do their homework. The app can remove Safari and disable the camera but is unable to remove all non-Apple apps on iOS 10/iPhone 7. The same rule (and other similar rules) works great on older devices with iOS 10 and earlier versions of iOS. Support tells me they tested with "newer devices" only for it to come out later they didn't have an iPhone 7 to test with. I really wanted to see this work. Maybe there is a reason the haven't had a release since September 9th of last year. After this experience, I am switching to OurPact.

About the only thing this app can be counted on to reliably do is to bill you $5 every month. I am pretty tech savvy and have some experience with MDM. The administrator app would often go months without "seeing" the devices even though they were being used right in front of me. Intego tried to tell me that it was because the OS hadn't been updated to the latest version but frankly, that is insane. I have other devices that have MDM's on them for work, and I am not forced to upgrade OS every time to keep it working. Do not buy this product. Find an alternative - or, while not ideal, use Apple's parental controls. Unless, of course, you are okay handing out $5/month for a spotty, often non-existent, service.
