It freezes all the time for hours or days. And is not accurate at all! When your loved one is home, it even says they are still home when they are not. Locations are not accurate always either.

This app is great and allows us to see where our kid is when he goes out. I also like the family texting feature. It seems to be pretty accurate in showing where everyone is on the map as well.
